when you plug the tuner in to the PCM select the "custom" tune option. That is the Brenspeed tune. You will notice a more responsive and performance savvy mustang after you do, so don't worry. About changing the tire size, I'm sorry I don't know about that one.

When you ordered your turner from Brenspeed they had you fill in some questions right? Like what performance mods you have and other things one of which should of been "tire size". If so they have already program it in for you, all you have to do is load their custom tune they made for your car.

There should be an option to change the circumference of the tires.

go to tirerack.com and locate your brand of tire. Select your model and click on the specs tab, find your size and go to the column titled "revs per mile" That is the number you put in your sct.
