Well I launched from basically stop in first on the way home tonight and my tires just spun and I don't have stocks. The power is definitely more when the engine is cooler. I waited a couple minutes after start up and got on it and it pulled a ton harder than after it had been running for quite awhile.

Very nice. Add some 4.10's and your head will spin faster than your tires. Our black car has the Vortech and our yellow one the Paxton, and the yellow one has the sound and whistle of a jet yet the Vortech is a sleeper. But the power is definitely there.

 

I dunno about the 4.10s I want to have some traction! Haha I have heard that once you get up to the 4.10s the gears are so small you just spin the first couple

 

yeah but the seat of the pants feel in 3rd 4th and 5th is amazing...no longer have to downshift to get into powerband.....just learn to feather the pedal or use to warm the tires while staging at the track!

I don't have a s/c but I can just imagine with gears... motoring along at 40mph in 5th, nailing the throttle and getting into full boost w/o downshifting.. nice
