Default Just installed my WebElectric sequentials.........again.

I just got my second set of sequential tail lights from WebElectric today. I have to say they have to be one of the nicest companies to deal with. I ordered the first set last week, but I guess I didn't fully read the order page on the internet. I paid extra for the OEM Ford harnesses and when I got them I noticed that the ones they sent weren't the same as my original ones. My sockets were chrome color, the ones the sent were gray, no big deal, but I wanted to make sure that they sent OEM harnesses, so I contacted Lawrence and he explained that my car was built before November of 2005 so it was produced with the chrome sockets, all the Mustangs that are produced after November 2005 have gray sockets. He explained that if I wanted the chrome ones he would send them to me and then I would send the gray ones back to him, so I did that. I have to say it is one of the quickest mods that I have ever done, I think I was done in 10-15 minutes. Thans again Lawrence and WebElectrics for having a great product and excellent customer service. I will get the first set back to you on Monday.

You returned them because the sockets, which nobody will ever see, weren't the same color? And I thought that I was ****... LOL!

Glad they now meet your approval and happy with the customer service you were provided. Excellent!

Nuke, I was going to keep them, but since I paid extra for the OEM harness and sockets and they didn't look the same as the ones that I took out I questioned them. Lawrence suggested that he would swap them out for me and it wouldn't be a problem. I wanted to be sure that they sent me the OEM ones and not the regular ones which was a few dollars less. Also, the installation was so quick that i didn't mind the swap. It is so difficult today to get great customer service.

No problem. I was just teasing and I understand about having it how you want it.

Congrats. It's good to see they have such good and quick customer service. I just installed the CDC ones this morning. They are kind of neat to have.

My CDC sequentials from Brendspeed were sitting at the front door on Friday.

I bit the bullet, figured I'd love them and never go back, so I got the splice-in kit, saved a few $$$ with a little manual labor. +10 for WebEclectric, and a mint to boot!
