Default Install Prices?

Can anyone give me a rough estimate on installing the following? I may do the install myself but want to see what a fair price is before I decide. Thanks!

LCA's

Rear Roush Springs

Adjustable Panhard Bar

Also, I'm a bit torn on the Panhard bar. I don't know that it's necessary with just a 1 inch drop in the rear. Thoughts??

Thanks again!

the panhard bar is a good investment if you're dropped and you have bigger wheels because the rear end shifts out slightly to one side

Thanks. One last thing, will any LCA work, or does it need to be adjustable because of the lowering springs? Just want to be sure. I was thinking of getting BMR's.
