RPMs Issue
considering that you're having idle issues with multiple tunes, I would start checking PCM inputs (sensors) and outputs (actuators) that can affect idle quality.
are there any other drive ability issues or is it only a low idle concern?
-IDLE rpm only: IAC valve (check motor resistance and movement; BEFORE 2005)
-VARIOUS rpms: MAF sensor (carefully clean and verify correct voltage to airflow numbers- should be a chart for this), Upstream Oxygen sensor (check voltage output- the higher the number, the richer the mixture), Coil packs (voltage to coils, NOT the output!), Spark plugs (check for the correct gap IF not Iridium and burned electrodes)
this is just off the top of my head. if it seems too complicated- take it to a tech. if you're in CA, I could take a look for you.

05 and up doesn't have an IAC valve. It's all done by the drive by wire. Mine was idling low...cleaned tb...fixed it right up. Although you may want to unhook the battery for about 30 min to allow the brain to relearn the fuel trims b/c you'll be getting more air. Use carb cleaner and a rag you don't mind sacrificing.

Another issue i find is that when i turn on A/C my RPMs go a little bit more low, they are at 500 RPMs.
Im afraid taking it to the dealership again since the last time i took it for the 30000kms service i start having all this issues.
