Yes. It has 2 bungs. The passenger has one on the header and one on the mid pipe or the tube that is between the midpipe and header.

So what's the second bung used for?

Um, the car has 4 O2 sensors. The drivers side LT has 2 bungs, the passenger side has 1 bung, and the H pipe has 2 bungs, giving me 5 bungs total. WTF?

Is there an EGR tube on one side?
If both are on the collector, I'd use the front-most one for the front stock O2 sensor and the 2nd for a wideband (or a plug). This is assuming the rear cats and sensors (if any) are connected past the headers.

On a side note, this headers look really good! Especially for $300 shipped including all hardware and o/r H pipe! Getting them installed next week, as I'm still waiting on the O2 extensions and stage 8 header bolts. The prothane motor mounts came in today. Oh, and it came with metal gaskets.
