Default Camber is too negative

I have FRPP springs, and the front camber is too negative, even with camber bolts fully adjusted to the max. I hate the way it looks.

Do camber plates allow more adjustment? Will it screw up the front geometry?

Does anyone else have the problem of too much negative camber?

My camber was -1.5 after lowering with FRPP Springs. They pulled it back with my eibach bolts to a bit less than -1 to allow for some future spring droop. Anywho, the point of my story is that my shop told me that when bolts dont work they can drill out some holes to allow more adjustment instead of having to buy caster/camber plates. I'd inquire about that.

There are a couple of different camber bolts, some over more range of adjustment. I bought mine at a auto parts store, and had no problems adjusting to were i wanted it!

What brand of camber bolts are you using?
They are not all the same and Progress makes the best.
Steeda makes a mean camber adjustment system
that does not involve upper strut mount camber
plates. Also the strut mounting holes can be slotted
up to the mark thats there from the factory as per
the Ford Workshop Manual.

Im surprised pnut. Other have reported even after the drop it was still in spec.
I used only 1 camber bolt (drivers side) to get mine where I wanted. Pass side came out where I wanted it, drivers side was a little too much -. So I got them both at -1.4 now

Since this is about alignment I have a question - I just put in new rims/tires and now the steering wheel shakes at highway speeds. What could it be, the balancing or the alignment since it was a 40mm offset rim?

Please let me know.

Thank you!

Did you take the clips that hold the rotor on? They're are 1 or 2 around a stud. On each rotor. They will not allow most aftermarket wheels to sit flush up against the rotor.
could also be the balance as well. But the clips seem the most overlooked. Assuming new wheels were balanced already.

Crap, I didn't...

Do you think that could be it? I torqued them down to 98 and they went right in without any issues :/ Also, you are correct - the wheels were already balanced.

I sure do. It has been a problem for a handful.

I never took mine off since I figured stock for technically stock on a Bullitt should not cause any problems, although I should have since the car does seem to have some pull to it now.
