Default 4300K or 5000K hid's

Decided to go with the Retro-Solutions HID kit, but can't decide on the 4300 or 5000K 55W kit. Does anybody have pics of either on their stang. Any suggestions would be great thanks

here's a hid color chart. personally, i'd go for the 5000k kit (or 6000 if it's available); to me, the 4300 looks too much like the regular halogen color

definitely not the 4300W kit. +1 on looking like a regular halogen

6000K has a hint of blue, which I don't like.
4300K, like others mentioned looks like the regular halogen.

I guess 5000K would be the perfect choice.

Default Retro HID kit

I have the 6000K kit and I like it. I like just a hint of blue.

Xeno if you have the silverstars now they are 4300K.... I have them in the stang and they are whiter and brighter then the pic and the stock halogens but the 5000K would be even more white. You can get the 55W versions too and they are 20-30% brighter then the 35W versions.

i actually do have silverstars, and i'll agree they are much better than the oem bulbs, but they still look too dull to for my personal preferences. i have been considering an upgrade, though (the 5000 or 6000K is more of the color i like)

I just ordered the 6000k 55w bi-xenons from retro-solutions. Whatever happened to that group-buy thread?? He gave me the link, but I'm not sure if I can post it right now..

Then the 5000K and the 55W versions would be what you need then if you want no hint of blue.

No group buy since Retro is no longer a sponsor/vendor of the forum. Contact then directly thru their website......sorry guys as I entertained the idea when I saw the other thread and even moved it to the vendor section. Well it was brought to my attention that Retro is not a sponsor and everything had to be pulled if they did not want to become a sponsor again...that was the case so it got pulled So direct thru their website is the best way to go and ask for a deal is all I can suggest.
