Troubleshooting needed

Now that you guys have mentioned it, the longer throughout the day I drive, its more pronounced and always happens right before the point when the clutch would normally grab. Is it unusual for a clutch to go out before 36K miles? And if it is theb clutch what recommendations would yall have. I'm staying NA and have no plans going over 400 to the wheels. Install time and usual cost in hours?

If that is indeed the test, then my clutch may not be as bad as I thought. It stalled. Talked to a buddy of mine and he thinks it's the clutch too. How long does it take for a clutch to go out once it starts slipping?

Ive had one go out pretty shorty after it started slipping.... but Ive seen some last a little longer. Maybe a stage 1 clutch if your planning on staying NA, or maybe a stage 2+, I've heard stage 2 sucks.... jmo

Yes it's possible, but it depends specially on how the driver engages the gears. It's a fact that if a clutch slips the engine speed increases with no increase in the vehicle speed. Any noise? Check your lubrication. Check for air in the clutch hydraulic release system.

I just was making the point that driving style and clutch use efficiency has a lot to do with clutch life.

I talked to a guy that builds up cars from the ground up for a hobby and he thinks it might just be a combination of the gears I have and the cams causing clutch shudder and its not slipping... Thoughts?
