I ordered my clear turn silver bulbs from xenonmods a few months ago and everything was great and i received my order in just 2 days. I wrecked my car late december and in mid-late january i ordered new clear turn signal bulbs from xenonmods and i payed then never received my package. My credit card was charged, and I sent 3 or 4 emails to the paypal address a few weeks after i got no package. Still no reply. I checked their website and found another email address that they say to send all questions to. This is the only way they have listed on their website to contact them. I have sent this 2 emails to this address over the past week and a half or so. No reply still.

Has anyone ordered from xenonmods.com lately and does anybody know how i can get ahold of them?

Just did a quick search for Xenonmods.com and I've got nothing but bad results. Interesting read here.

Where do their packages come from, their address? Seeing as how their names are Rich & Jamie Calnan, it's possible that you could search them and find a phone number.

 

Ouch, it looks like they're really going downhill. I didn't have a problem 1-2 years ago when I ordered from them but I've seen more and more people saying they've had problems.

 

i ordered bulbs about 2 years ago from that site. i did not have any problems what so ever. i was surprised when i saw this - i got my bulbs in a couple days. perhaps they are getting slammed by economic woes - good luck in getting your bulbs / cash back.
