hey i wanna put nitrous on my 09 mustang gt i was thinking at most a 100 shot. how do 4.6's handle nitrous? does this sound like a good amount to use? and will i come across any problems?

Run the right plugs with a good tune, and you'll be absolutley fine with a 100 shot.
If it's done right you can run up to a 150 shot (although i personally wouldn't go much beyond a 100 shot) on these motors.
