HID Matching
I'm trying to match my front turn signals with my HIDs (factory)...please help...I have seen on stangmods both black and smoked...which is closer to the factory HIDs? (their pics suck)...On another question, anyone paint/elimante the rear quarter panel reflector/light? I hate the way that thing looks...but one mod at a time...smoked or black, and best place to find them? Thanks in advance!

Ive smoked pretty much all my lights..
For the front corners, i used regular 20% tint. It looks really good. For my fogs, tail lights, those rear reflectors with VHT nightshades, which also look darn good IMHO.

I used tint and VHT before, but would rather purchase on this go-round

Smoked turn signals look better with HIDs because the HID housing causes the reflector to look dark. It is a good match.
BTW I have the smoked ones. The lens is clear while the chrome is smoked. Don't forget to get the stealth bulbs. Looks great!
I didn't like the black housings because they weren't reflective.
