The up and down to make it smooth can be done with washers or bending hing arm at bolt end and by adjusting the rubber hood stops to the proper height up front.
The side to side is done by tighen bolts by hand then set hood down and slide till even on each side near mid point fender. Then have someone open hood just enough to let you tighten bolts .recheck fit.
Adjust front side to side and up and down at hood latch. Make sure it does not PUSH hood one way or the other when shut. Done..Or you can start adjusting fenders.

Run some painters tape down the fenders so you don't mess up the paint on the edges of the hood or fender when setting hood.

Align it with the marks you made with a scribe before you
removed the hood and it will be back in the place where it
was OEM from the factory.
What, you didnt mark the hinge locations on the hood before
removing?
Are you now paying for that mistake?
The first basic thing before removing any
body closure is to mark the hinge locations.
Take it to a good bodyshop and they will fix you right up.
