Default Pony Emblems

I'm debating swapping out the silver pony on the front with one of the after market ponies. I kinda like the stars-and-stripes pony from CDC ( http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com...splay/639.html ). I've also seen a "flaming pony" (insert joke here), but don't recall where. That one might go better with the Redfire... anybody remember where that one was from? Anybody know of any others?

Also, has anybody tried to swap one of these? The directions from CDC seem pretty easy, but I'd rather hear some first-hand experience. thanks

I've got a "flaming pony" hood decal but haven't seen the front one yet. Might try my favorite search on ebay: mustang (05,06,07,2005,2006,2007) I find a lot of neat stuff on that.

I think this one looks a little better than the CDC, but it's not exactly cheap. You can probably find it cheaper elsewhere, though - Cal Mustang is usually a bit high.

I decided to trim paint (black) the pony since I have a black/black convertible GT.

Sort of resembles the dark side of the force (no chrome)

You might be able to find someone around your town who would custom air brush it for you...just an idea.

Yeah, the Cal Mustang one does have a lot more depth.

Thanks guys. If I ever get around to swapping one out, I'll be sure to let ya know how easy/hard it is.

I decided to leave the pony off when I had the billet grill put on. When I pulled in for my first oil change I heard the service guy say, "What kind of car is that?" I think it adds to the no-stripes, stealth effect I am going for.
