Default 2010 "Accessory Packages"

Anyone know if the "Custom Accessory Packages" can be dealer installed? Been looking at the inventories here in Houston, and don't see any coming thru with any of the packages. Just curious!

Are you talking about a supercharger? Cuz Mac Haik Ford told me that they can put it on the 2010.

Cool

well im a tech at one of the larger ford dealers there is and i dont know of any of the packages in stock yet but since the cars just hit the lots not long ago it may be a couple months before all of the appearance packages arrive and they may be a special order kind of thing where you have to have the parts ordered in which usually wont take but a few days

The Custom Accessories Packages 1-7 look like parts that will be available in the aftermarket much cheaper. Obviously, getting louvers and scoops installed at the factory could be a good thing if you have a collectible Mustang, but I think those are dealer installed items.
Can anyone confirm?
You can order them when you do the Build it Yourself on Ford's website, so it'sa little strange that a dealership wouldn't have the parts. Except for the fact that dealerships are going down the toilet right now! That would explain the unavailability!

I ordered my '10 mustang out of germany and I had the car built from the factory with the accessories package installed at the factory bypassing the dealers.

It came with the window louvers, decklid face panel, the pedastel spoiler, side scoops and the hood scoop. It was worth the buy )

I didn't order Accessory Package but I was told that if ordered it is added at the plant called Auto Warehousing.
