I once had Corsa's and loved them then I added Kooks L/T headers with x pipe. This changed the entire character of the Corsa's and made them very raspy sounding. WOT sounded good but for everyday driving I didn't like them any more and changed to another axle back. I would stay with an H pipe or even a pro chamber would sound good with the Corsa.

+1 stick with an H pipe. Any O/R H-pipe for that matter will increase the volume noticeably. Headers, by themselves won't. If you need to keep the cats, then the MRT catted H will increase the volume over our stock one, but nowhere near the O/R volume.

Did you have the catted X or off road x?

Hey topless, I started with just corsas on my car, then added jba shorty headers, then added an or-h. In my opinion, the shorty headers and corsas sound like pure sex. The offroad h-pipe is fun b/c its so damn loud, but it really doesnt sound as good as with the stock h pipe. You can get the same headers i got (ceramic coated) from latemodelrestoration.com for $440 shipped. They increased my fuel economy 3 mpg, gave me more power, and made the car sound awesome. I would highly recommend them as your next mod. Here are two videos of my car before the o/r h pipe (only jba shorty headers and corsa mufflers).

Here is a cold start and low revs.

Here is a warm start and high revs.

Hope this helps!

Everytime I hear your car ^^^^ I question whether or not I should just get the JBAs instead of the Corsa's and use the extra money to buy some Agent 47s or something.

Seriously, the JBA shorties and Corsa's sound fantastic...
