Default Cervini's pre-painted hoods

Anyone order one of the cervini hoods pre-painted? I see they are offering them painted for an additional $350-$400. Doesn't seem too bad and you can install it right away. I was wondering if anyone has ordered one of these and if the paint quality and color matching was good.

Thanks!

yeah, I was thinking about the 2" cowl. Thought that would finish off my appearance mods. Thanks for the compliment!

Hey Chris, JasperGT has the 2.5 cowl tre-painted on his silver car...
He's really happy with it.

You'll see him at the cruise BTW.

I'll be sure to check his car out. $350 sounds pretty fair to you, doesn't it Pascal?

I just got mine a few weeks ago. Very happy! I had the underside painted also, just a little more money

Keep in mind that it's only the top that gets painted, like 07grabber said.
But it's still a fair price.
I haven't seen the pre-painted hoods in person from Cervini, that I can remember...
So, I'll check Jasper's real good to make my opinion.

Huh, didn't realize it cost more to have the underside painted. Something to think about, I guess!

You can always shoot the underside semi-gloss black.
Cheaper than painting and clearing it...

I think Mercedes still does that (hood and trunk).
