Anyone know if the track pack option suspension is the same parts that are in the 2005 to 2009 FRPP handling package? The 05-09 handling package has eibach pro kit springs, eibach sway bars and manumatic shocks. Is this the same basic suspension that comes on the 2010 track pack?

No the track pack has all Ford parts. You get standard GT springs, the 2010's are softer sprung but a stiffer rate, so a better deal yet. The Eiback's are going to be lower and stiffer. Ford made there own struts and shocks, retuned (stiffer) GT shocks. And simply used the 2010 GT500 sway bars. So no it is very differen't and isn't going to have that slammed look that a lot of guys like.
