Default Removing antenna

This is probably a stupid question, but how do I remove the antenna? I figured I just unscrew it, but it won't budge. Maybe I just need to try harder, but if that's not the way to do it I don't want to break anything.

There is nothing in the manual that I can find about it.

unscrew it. if it doesn't budge, repeat to yourself, "righty-tighty, lefty-loosey" and try again. Make sure you use the correct size wrench, or you might leave unsightly marks...

If the lefty-lucy thing doesn't work, try a pair of bolt cutters. Only then will the left-lucy thing finally work.

Herk, you the MAN!

Another piece of advise, if you are worried about nicking the paint,
try putting a t-shirt around it and use an adjustable wrench.
I take mine on and off all the time because of the cover.
