And where can I buy it? It's cool lookin' and in my opinion, pretty understated...

Also - anyone know what it's made from? Don't want no nasty Glass-fibre kit...

Nope. It's a GT-R. The GT-R was a prototype that eventually became the FR500 drivetrain and the Shelby GT500 body. You would need a SERIOUS body kit to acheive the front grill design and venting behind the front wheels. No peel-n-stick plastic there!
