Default Sequential problem

This past weekend I swapped out my tail lights for a set of smoked tail lights. It should of been a easy process but now the 3rd outer most bulb on my driver side turn signal doesn't come on. The other two lights on the driver side still sequence with the turn signal. I also had the same problem with the 3rd outside light on the passanger side but I just put a new bulb in and it works now. The light still comes on with the headlights just not with the turn signal. I noticed when I was placing the tail lights back in the blue wire from the 3rd bulb got caught with the metal screw and the wire got cut. I clamped the wires but could this be the problem?

I would solder the line and heat shrink it just so its a good connection. But also the 2nd filament in the bulb could be damaged. Try using the other bulb in there just to rule it out.

I tried a couple of new bulbs but none worked. I'll do the soldering and heat shrink and see if that works.

Also possible is a dirty contact. Unplug the harness and spray some contact cleaner on both the male and female plugs, then replug and unplug them a few times to "wipe" the contacts.

I would email the folks at WebElectric describing your problem before I replaced the sequentials. They seemed very helpful whenever I've contacted them.

One of my lights didn't work on my CDC's. I tugged on the wires a little bit and a wire popped out of the heat shrink. Bad solder joint.
Probably not, but worth a check....
