Default Driveshafts the same??

I have the stock driveshaft off my 06 GT Manual Trans laying around after installing a Dynotech. I have now bought my wife a new 2009 V6 Mustang Manual Trans. (she is scared to drive the GT, not a bad thing)
My question, will the GT driveshaft bolt up to the V6 (interchangeable)??
There is a custom driveshaft shop here and he said he can make a nice one piece for the V6 using the ends of the GT driveline for about 200.00. There wont be any downtime for her car this way.

Not sure about the lengths, but the connecting ends are different. The GT has 6-bolt flanges while the v6 uses 4-bolt flanges.

Thanks a lot for saving me from jacking it up and looking LOL, Looks like the car will have some downtime.
