Default Moan/Squeak While Turning At Low Speeds

ok, i believe this has been covered before, but i couldn't find anything doing a search

lately, i've noticed when i am turning at low speeds (like driving through a parking lot/turning into a parking space) i notice kind of a 'woa, woa, woa....' etc. sound coming from what i believe to be the front end of the car. i remember there being a tsb for a rear axle moan, but i don't think that is what's going on.

my car is an '05 with roughly 18,000 on the odo. (stock suspension except for lcas, but i heard the moan before i installed them). any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks

Even though it sounds like it is coming from the front I am going to say that it is the clutch packs in the rear end. Time for some upgraded gears too

+1...mine did this immediately after changing my differential fluid. I talked to Royal Purple about it and said it was normal to hear noise while turning until the lubricant impregnates the clutch pads. True enough it went away in a few days and has been quiet ever since.
I believe it's your clutch pads.

huh, well i guess i'll look into that (as far as changing fluids and such, it's probably about time (age-wise) for an overhaul anyway).

now, i've never looked into anything 'clutch pack/pad' related, so i'll admit i'm kind of ignorant about it... what exactly do i need to do (i know i'd be able to change the fluid, i just haven't done something like that before myself)

thanks, btw, for the responses, too
