Default Question about remote keyless entry!!!

When i bought my 2010 gt it was on a Sunday sale event. Which means the dealer didn't have enough staff working that day to do the vehicle inspection and detail the car...So they gave me a red loaner mustang with the same sticker as my car until they could prep my car the next day.. he gave me the loaner key it was keyless entry remote with trunk button alert button etc...When i picked up my car the next day My salesman handed me the keys and to my surprise i got 2 regular keys...no keyless remote key.. I asked him where's my keyless remote he said my car didn't come with that feature...I didn't think much about it, but when i got home i looked at my sticker and it says keyless remote. I have the button inside the car to lock and unlock the door. Shouldn't i have the keyless remote if the sticker says my car has it? or does it mean there are 2 types?

Cool

i would take it back to the dealer and bring it to their attention because the only keyless entry is the key pad(on the door) or the keyless remote entry with the remote either part of the key on some or in a separate remote like most other vehicles

Keyless entry is a standard feature across the Mustang line up, they are feeding you a line of BS.

I've been calling emailing leaving messages at the dealership for 6 days now. They are about 50 miles away from me and i got no response at all . So my next step is to call Ford Corporate ...to get on the dealers *** about this. One of their a-holes probably lost the original remotes and they couldn't replace it in time for the sale. Other then that i cant think of reason why they would purposely withhold the remotes from me.......

i would go to the dealer when you get a chance and complain because they can have the remotes programmed in about a half hour

you need to talk to the sales manager!

If he won't help you contact the BBB in your area.

Salespeople are almost all idiots and this just goes to show you Ford needs to stop letting dealerships have cars and sell them directly to the consumer!

Keyless remote does not mean keyless remote KEYS.
If you want, you can get the Ford Fusion Keyless Remote KEY
off of eBay and have the blade cut and program it yourself.
See owners manual for the key training procedure.
