Default flowmaster american thunder

i have gta's and looking for a different sound sometimes and i came across a set of flowmaster american thunder mufflers that have 3000 miles on them. do these sound good with stock exhaust maifolds and stock h pipe.

i would look on youtube, you should be able to find a video, sound is always a preference that i believe you will have to decide on

I've heard that specific setup and it's one of the nicer ones, certainly better than the GTA.

I used to have them. They didn't sound too bad. They rusted out pretty quick though. The car was never driven in the snow or anything either. Have you looked at Pypes Violators? I put mine on a few months ago. I think they sound much better. Everyone has their own opinion on what sounds good so I would try and listen to some clips.

I have A/T's on my GT, I had no idea how great(and loud) they sounded until I was behind my car when it went through the paces on a dyno. I always get great compliments and turn heads when I get on it. I have noticed the sound got much richer when going from a 87 to a 93 Brenspeed tune.

Having had both GTAs and flows i can tell you the sound difference will be minimal(theyre both very quiet on the inside) and not that much different in tone on the outside! if youre looking for more volume, youd be better off with some of the other popular axlebacks..mac, borla, pypes MM etc! JMO.
