Pull off the front fender liners,
take out the screws
pull the turnsignal harness out of the corner lights (just twist and they should fall out)
pull the head lamp and fog light bulbs out
take off the plastic thing under the hood with the HVAC and emissions stickers on it
theres a few screws under that black plastic thing undo them
if i remember correctly just pull but if its not coming off nice and easy look for more screws

Anyone know if bumper removal is required to undo the headlight (screws) to install washers to make the headlights come out more?

Also, anyway to aim the driving lights down?

If you have a lift, you definitely don't need to yank the bumper but you'll run into problems with getting your headlights out, because the bumper edge will hit the lamp's housing.
Said housing goes lower than the bumper and further in towards the grille.
You might have a 3/16" gap to play with, which might be all you need for aiming.
A 1/8" tilt can go a long way.

Thanks, yes, 6 lifts to choose from at work, lol. The headlights after the PJ bumper install left a nice gap between the headlights and bumper, and they say to install washers to even it out, the body shop said he did do this, but either he didnt, or it needs more washers.

And the driving lights are a tad higher than the low beams after the bumper install, makes them actually look like bright lights now. 3/16 may just work
