Hey i was just wondering if any of you had installed louvers by yourselves. I have one already primed and have the tape put on, but im questioning if i should use the 3m adhesive stuff for the otherside as well. The side that will touch the actual car. I dont know it doesnt say anything but take off the tape. Is that 3m tape that strong to stay on through the wind and rain?

 

3M is VERY strong and is designed to withstand rain and horrible weather!

 

I'm not sure what louvers you have, but the ones I have touch only the window, not the body, and those are the only ones I recommend. 3m tape, along with an adhesive as additional strength.

Note: Window would need to have a razor blade taken to them to remove adhesive should the louvers be removed.
