Angry Another warranty issue

Well today my AC cut off then my car began to overheat. So I had to get it towed back to the Ford dlr. Luckily its still under warranty.
I think the cooling fan broke but thats just my guess.

How many things need to break on the car to Lemon law it out?

Since this is the 2nd thing to break on my car in the last month. First it was the Alternator and Battery.

It varies from state to state, which you can look up on google. Generally speaking for Lemon law to go into effect, one has to have X amount of attempts from the dealer to try and correct the problem.

You do not have to go to the same dealer from which you purchased the vehicle either. Again, the number of attempts required will vary. Good luck on that bro, it sucks to be in that situation but keep you head up and hope it's an easy fix like you mentioned.

Your sig says...
Python Alarm Remote Start
Auto off TCS Mod via a relay
A lot of stereo equipment

How can you expect Ford to be responsible for electrical issues? Especially
a battery and alt with "A lot of stereo equipment"

Excellent question. I doubt any states lemon law will come into play with all those mods.

This is only the 2nd thing and you're ready to call in the dogs? Hell, just look at the laundry list of TSB's for the S197's and you'll be reading until the cows come home. You obviously haven't owned domestic vehicles before...

Well being stranded without a working car on 2 separate occasions is kind of annoying all with in a month's time. Especially for it being a 07. Plus I have had a lot of the TSBs worked on my car like the water leak issue and others.

Lemon Law is for a specific issue that requires More than 3 attempts and/or Greater than 30 days to fix the same problem and I believe it must be within 1yr or 12,000 miles

Say you had a bad brake rotor. And after 3 repair attempts it was still acting up...that would be Lemon Law material.

But not 2 seperate repair events to repair 2-3 completely different issues.

Frankly, I find it somewhat insulting that you are ready to bandy the Lemon Law term around after just 2 issues. Not to mention your car is 3 model years old...and might actually be 3+ yrs old depending on it's build date. **** breaks, especially with age

gotta go with the others here. You have a ton of custom wiring and high draw electrical items. I'd be very quiet and hope the Dealership doesn't start really looking

I do know if your car over heats you can turn on your heater to help cool off your engine. Yes it will be very uncomfortable, but it works. We used to do this all the time on the beach with my sister-in-laws POS Suburban.
