Default Pro-Clip install for iphone

Easy install and it looks and works great. It is expensive but worth it I think. I mainly bought it because of the Navigon GPS app that I just bought. Now I don't have to put my Garmin on the dash.

I have the same mount. I used to use it to mount a Garmin but after I put in an aftermarket HU I bought the iTouch/iPhone mount to hold my iTouch. I have been using Pro Clip mounts in all my cars and you're right, not cheap but well made and very easy to install.

I want to get me one of those that way I can use the G-Tech type programs I downloaded last year... They're useless without a solid mount. Since my deck has iPod interface, I also want to change out the 12V below that spot to a USB port, and use a retractable ipod dock cable. That way my phone will be right there, connected, and it'll be nice and clean looking.

I used the mount in my '05 as well for my iTouch and it is the best of all the mounting types I tried.

Good to hear. Where is that cable coming out of? I currently have an ipod cable routed through the arm rest but will move it up closer after I install my new shifter.
