The reason for me getting the cutout is to have my car loud when i want, not power gains or anything cuz i know im not gonna get any.
I've head it totally uncorked and was just wondering if there was a way to clean up the sound without making it much quieter.

I suppose your right though. I'll probably just add some cutouts and see how I like the sound of those. Any advice on brand, prices, or placement?

I put my electric cutout right in before the rear tires. Thats where i had the most space. Right now I only have 1 cut out and i will order another this week. I bought this cut out right here. Only 88.00 shipped, wireless, and very high quality. I dont need those "expensive" brands because i know this stuff is mass produced and very cheap to make. Brands like DMH(or DMI not sure) and QTP charge about 80.00 bucks for their wireless module, when this kit for 88.00 uses the exact module AND comes with the Y pipe and cutout attached. Check ti out on ebay.
