Lower rocker panel removal

Lower rocker panel removal

Does anybody know an easy way to remove the black plastic push in clips along side the bottom of the rocker panel. Is there a trick to getting the rocker panel off. Thanks

Pull the pin in the center of the push clips head out slightly.
Do not remove if fully.
Then pull the push pin itself for easy removal....
