stick with the factory ones unless they just need to be replaced due to wear and tear. then you can slap in some HT1's. Thats what i have and no complaints.

if you are planning on going N2O or Forced Induction, you may want to go to a colder plug, ie. HT0, Ford Racing, ect.

If this is a GT then you want to yank those and put in Champion one piece plugs.
If not.... the advice above is pretty good.

I would go with the one piece Champion #7989 plugs, but that's just me.

I put the Champion one piecers in about 5K miles ago. I wouldn't think twice about doing it again or recommending it. Unless you're going to put FI or nitrous on the car where you will need a colder plug, use the Champions.

go with the champs 7989.its one piece and won't brake off when you take them out.ht's are two piece and more times than not they break off with the bottom staying in the head.big bucks to fix.

This is the 1st spark plug thread where a majority of posters recommended champion. I have read other threads about champion spark plugs and many of them are not satisfied with them. On another forum someone said that he wouldn't even put champions in his lawn equipment.

ive put on 14k on my champions and the butt dyno can't tell a single difference

still runs like a champ

i'll pull the plugs later this winter when the car is stored to see how they are wearing, but i don't see how big a difference there would be between stock and champions
