so im waiting on the car to be built and delivered, but not knowing what is going on with it is driving me insane! i just wanna know a build date and a delivery date.

well, i called ford customer care and asked them the status on my car. they said my car has been serialized and the delivery date is between the 5th and 12th of next month. does this mean my car is already built sitting somewhere waiting to be shipped, or does serializing mean that they just assigned a VIN to it and they are about to build it?

not 100% sure, but it sounds like it just got it's serial number...which means it's in the middle of being built??

 

I think it means its in cue,and ready to be built! I had my vin a few weeks before it was built.
