Default Strut tower install ?

Ok so i got a ford racing strut tower brace, and i was installing it this afternoon. It seemed simple, just unbolt 2 nuts on each side and set the brace on top. However, i could not get the two sides on at the same times. It felt like the brace was a bit too long as the holes on one side when i put the other side on. Do you think if i lift the front end just a few hairs off the groung, then it would be easier to adjust the bar? Also, will i see any benefit from the brace?

So, i should jack up the front only until the wheels are off the ground. Then, unbolt the 4 nuts on each side (so 8 total) and it should be more flexible and fit?

Just to be clear and careful, is there a way I could move the studs too far inward, causing my wheels’ camber to be off? I am just worried I could have one side move too much inward, and make the car ride un even.

I wouldnt unbolt all 4, you can mess up your alignment that way. I would unbolt the 2 on one side and bolt down the one side of the brace and then unbolt the other side and see if you can muscle it down. Mine took a bit of forcing on but I got it on there. I have a BMR though. Jacking it up could open them up a little if the force is removed from them.
