Default TRADE FOR AN 05 GT?

Hey everyone i hope i'm not out of line posting here, but i had a question for you stang owners. I have an 04 extended cab FX4 with 72,000 miles. I have driven trucks my whole life(97 F150(still the work truck) before the FX4), but i have a guy who wants me to trade for his 05 Black GT w/ 40,000 miles,SLP Loudmouth Exhaust, CAI, and a programmer. Both 2 owners. I love my truck, but i drive back and forth to school(2 hours) every weekend and something w/less miles and a little more fun doesn't sound so bad. So basically what does everyone think, in particular those who have gone from a truck to a stang. Sorry about jacking your forum everyone, but it least we are in the same family!

Run a car fax on the Stang and take it for a good test drive.

Now if you know of anybody that have a 1969 or 1970 Fastback in good condition that wants to trade for a 2005 Mustang let me know. That's one trade I'll do in a heartbeat if the car is about the same value as my 05 GT.

I just did that trade man.

I had: 2006 SuperCrew F-150 with FX4 package and a RoushCharger installed, lifted...and way to many little mods to list.

got $22,000 for it.

I bought my 2009 Bullitt brand new.

I still miss my truck alot. Especially as I see it damn near everyday and the guy who bought it drives like an asshat. But my car is a much better vehicle for me at this time. I was doing some very stupid stuff with my truck.

What are the comparative values of each vehicle? do they each have about the same value?

and of course, get a OASIS report, Carfax report

the only time you'll miss your truck is when you buy something at the furniture store... and then remember it won't fit in the trunk of a Mustang!
