Tough Decision
So im considering selling my car and getting a Roush Nitemare. Id really hate to sell my car but it has just gotten to be such a pain as a daily driver. So my plan is that if I sell my car for anything above $20,000 I can buy the Nitemare straight across, then in 2012 ill get a used 2011 5.0 and build that up. What do you guys think?

well its so low and i have to drive over 10 speed bumps when ever i go to work so in a day thats 20 speed bumps 5 days a week and the exhaust scrapes on many driveways, last week it got pulled off from one of the muffler tubes and made it like half the exhaust system was straight piping, and you feel every bump in the road with my car. its been ik for the first year and i was able to put up with it but now it would just be nice to have a truck and not worry about crap like that.
also with the 5.0 having 400 hp, i dont wanna have my heavily modded car running around with naturally aspirated cars that can keep up with it, it seems like its just gunna make my car feel a lot slower once the 5.0 comes out

i hear what you are saying...
theres always positives and negatives about owning any type of car. have you considered buying a bucket like a chevy blazer as a DD/Parts truck? its cheap and u can ride your mustang on the weekends... continue this until the 5.0 comes out...
the reason i am saying this is because whenever u sell a car, u end up losing money. ESPECIALLY when u buy the car new... u will never get back what u put into it... besides, selling a s197 for 20K+ just seems like a huge hassle to me in these times....
2 words a seller never wants to hear
the economy

I'm not a fan of the Nitemare. It has the 445 crank HP via a Roush Blower, and a few body panels & some 20" rims. not much performance wise really. It has about 330-350 RWHP with stock tuning and those damn 20" rims
My truck weighed 6,000 lbs. From a roll, I could blow the doors off any "stock" muscle car out there from 10 mph to about 60 MPH. But I was also pushing about 500 crank TQ. as long as I kept traction, that thing took off like a rocket. I surprised the hell out of a SRT-8 Charger right after I did the install.
Not trying to damnpen your plans...but it's always best for guys to be aware of what they are buying. I still miss my truck, but my Mustang is a whole world apart. I personally am waiting for the new 6.2 to be released in the F-150 Raptor or Harley Davidson. That + a blower will be a retirement present to myself sometime in the next decade.
You can buy a used 04-08 F-150, install the Intercooled RoushCharger, the Roush Suspension...then run a smaller pulley (8-10 psi) and be putting down about 440 RWHP...basically build your very own Nitemare...but look 100% stock and be cheaper.
I had a Roush F-150 with Non-Intercooled blower. Very very fun truck to drive...but the biggest drawback is the transmission. My truck weighed 6,000 lbs. not sure how much you know about the 04-08 F-150. They have roughly a 100 HP/TQ drivetrain loss from crank to the wheels...and if it's 4x4, then it is about a 115 HP/TQ loss.
Also, the tranny is only "safe" for about 500-550 Crank HP. After that, many guys blow them up, and have to run a special race tranny to hold the power.
