Hi all, just wondering what your opinions are on stripes, 10" vs. 12". I'm planning on putting pinstripes too.

i've got 12s with a 4 in gap, but i think with the pin the 10s would be better, 12s with a pin is quite a wide area, just my opinion

 

4 in. gap, isn't that kinda a big gap? Opinions are goo though, thats what I'm looking for

 

My stripes are 10" wide with 1/4 pinstripes on both sides. There is also a 3" space in between. If I were going to do it over again, I might consider the SuperSnake stripe which is 14" wide and 1" pin striping.

very nice...a teeny bit wider stripes would be a little bit better...but very nice.



although, for some reason I think that Supersnake stripe would be badass offset to the drivers side. run the center of the stripe so it's centered on the Snake badge.




but yeah, wider stripes for the win IMO

 

Ya I was thinking I wanted to go wider, but it's a killer deal for 10" over at www.vinylstripes.com, but they don't have the 12" matte black like I want. I like the pinstripes on both sides though ptaylor

 

100% agreed. Both of these look beautiful! Can't go wrong with either setup!

 

I have 10 inch stripes with pins (1/4 inch wide) with a 2 inch gap between the 10 inch stripes.

 

If you're planning on going with a pin I'd stick to the 10". Mine are 10" with a 2" center gap and 1" gap with 1" pins.
