Sorry to Hijack, but have you tried using Fish Bite? It's a man-made bait that you do not have to keep on ice. It just stays in your tackle box until you are ready to use it again. I used it the past two weekends on a pier in Va. Beach and caught some Spot as well as Pompanos. Some folks using it caught Flounder.
Back on topic, since I only have 6800 miles on my car, do you guys think I should change the cabin filter now?

and with 6800 i wouldnt worry about the filter, not till about 10k. i belive thats the intervals your supposed to chang it.

Not entirely true. I bought and installed the new glue clips and thought my leak was a thing of the past until my SJB filled with water. After an hour of looking for the new leak I re checked the clips and found two were leaking. And they all required very little pressure to remove.
The best fix I found is to remove the foam seal and glue the clips in place with "Automotive Goop". It's messy and difficult to work with because it dries quickly but it does work.
BTW, I have pictures of the clips installed and part numbers for the new clips that I can post later. But I would not recommend them.

If they are installed properly
theystick like crazy.
No cleaning of the surface and insufficiant heat
and they come loose at will.
Automotive GOOP is no good.
It must remain flexable.
Ford Body Seam Sealer like the 1st water leak
7-14-06 TSB says. And no silicone caulk either.
Silicone caulk does not adhere to cured silicone
caulk so doing any further sealing after they
come loose from cabin air filter replacement
requires ALL the old silicone caulk to be completely
removed before any new silicone caulk can be applied...
Your leak can be coming from many locations besides the 'clips'.

I followed the TSB and addressed all areas. I cleaned everything and used plenty of heat. You'll see bubbles in the hot glue clip in my first picture, also a picture of the SJB as a result of the Ford glue clips. Automotive Goop does remain flexible unlike the Ford hot glue.
The Ford hot glue retainer clip is part # 9R3Z-63517C58-A for anyone that wants to try them.
