Default Rear Spoiler

I'm in the process of doing a GT500 front conversion and supersnake hood on my 07 GT. I wanted to continue the theme by doing the rear GT500 spoiler as well. PROBLEM: I've got a CDC Ducktail that has like 10 holes drilled into the rear including the trunk and both rear fenders. Other than the Foose Stallion can anyone suggest another spoiler that would cover up all these holes? Please know that this ducktail was on the car when I bought it a year ago. As you can see from the picture, my CDC ducktail is too wimpy to balance out a supersnake front end.

Thanks

You might consider trading your decklid

Even if you traded decklids, you would still have the holes in the fenders. You would need to get those fixed professionally, hopefully the cost would be lower than normal due to you possibly getting it painted at the same time as your new hood.

id keep it, but if you really want it gone id get it professionally taken off, re-weld holes, re-painted, and install newly painted GT500 one. its a FREE vs. ~$400 dollar deal, your call.....

Boy, if I could get it replaced for about $400, I'd do in in a heartbeat. Funny thing about the ducktail is that it looks fine from the back. But from the side and 3/4 front view it looks really small. I'm mostly worried about the overall balance of the car when the new nose and S/S hood go on.

imo, the ducktail would probably look fine. but if you're worried about it, do the conversion, and see how it looks; you might be pleasantly surprised

I'd keep it, or at least do the front conv and see how it looks w/ the ducktail
