Exclamation Will the Screaming Yellow color ever return?

I fell in love with that color, and I know that you can get it custom painted so it gets to that color. But do you ever see Ford releasing this color again as stock? Because personally I didn't like the Grabber Orange for 2007-2009, and I'm not really digging the Sunset Metallic for the 2010.

What do you guys/gals think?

Probably, I would like to think so at least. I'm not really a fan of yellow cars for myself, but I know they have a deep fanbase. It's just such a classic color, there's something you can't deny about a yellow mustang

Thumbs up

I love my Screamin' Yellow '06 GT 'vert. Only car I ever factory ordered. I'm glad I did.
I've had a lot of neat cars in my life, but I have NEVER had the number of positive comments I get with this car.

What did you do to factory order it?

Went to my friendly Ford dealer, sat down and checked off everything I wanted and gave the nice lady a few hundred dollars and the order went in. Like five weeks later, I get a phone call saying, "Your car is here". Hurried to the dealer, wrote them a BIG check, signed a whole bunch of papers and drove that puppy home.

Ford won't paint your car a custom color if that's what you're asking.

I doubt it.

Ford offered that color on quite a few 2004-2006 models...and got rid of it.

which is wierd. because in the F-150 community, it is a highly sought after color as well.

I know for 2007, Ford rolled out a whole new color scheme across the board. lots of new colors were introduced, and quite a few deleted, or subtly changed. I wouldn't mind seeing yellow come back...but I personally would never buy one. Too darn bright. Don't need anymore attention from LEO than I already get just because I'm in a Mustang
