Pypes Violator on California Special
I'm hoping SOMEONE can give me an answer to this... I just ordered a set of Pypes Violator mufflers for my 2008 Mustang GT/Cali Special. I noticed the exhaust tips look fairly small and I'm wondering if I'll have an issue with them on my Cali Special given that it has the extra rear fascia? Does anybody have an answer to this? I've called Pypes and they said they are aware that some people have had to cut the bumper... It sounds like they might not be right. I would think this would be a fairly straight forward install given that the Shelby GT's and I believe the GT500's have the same rear fascia.
Does anybody know? do I need to return them?
Thanks for your help and opinoins

not sure of the size of the tips on that exhaust. but the cutouts for the CS are fairly big. i have 4 inch tips and i still have plenty of room. no worries.
i would be worried about the tips being too small.

Let me rephrase this... I'm sure the cutouts will be fine. and yes, the pypes are 4"'s... i'm concerned most about the length. will the end of the exhaust clear that rear fascia or will the exhaust be spilling out, more or less, underneath the car?
does that make sense? I look at the stock exhaust on the cs, and they are extra long, more than a regular gt, and stick out a bit. so will the pypes violator clear the cutout? or is this a stupid question? i'm new to the mustang world.
thanks
