Default Shocks?

I've noticed lately when I drive on the highway, my car reacts as if it was windy outside. It hobbles noticeably like I'm driving on uneven concrete. I've had my alignment redone 4 months ago, got 2 tires that are less than a year old and I usually just drive in the city. I've got 34,000 miles on my car, is it time for new shocks already?

Could be, take a look at the struts and shocks to see if they are leaking. My right front strut was leaking with less than 32k miles on them.
