Default ditch the gt500 fuel pump?

Long story short, i went against what most people say when they recommend buying the whipple HO kit the first time, instead of getting the non IC kit then upgrading. I wanted more boost and was limited due to no cooling system. So after just having the kit on my car for about 3 weeks, i bought me a new polished whipple kit coming in next week .... Question is should i just keep my KB boost a pump 40amp for the fuel and sell the gt500 fuel pump to help cut my losses? I do not plan on ever going past 450 whp because of my automatic transmission. I know the boost a pump is good for up to 500whp, so what would you guys do. Most people tell me this is perfectly fine. Would like your opinion and why you feel this way.

Since you don't plan to go over the 450RWHP mark, I would just stay with the KBP. There are a lot people running them without issue and to your point, might help offset some of your loses by selling off the GT500 set-up.

+1 This is a very true statement. I thought that I would be happy sitting at 456rwhp but now I want to get to 550rwhp LOL! Once you boost your car its like a sickness "you keep wanting more and more" LOL!

450wheel will satisfy you for a little while, but you will eventually want more. Install the GT500 fuel system.

I say don't install it, keep your KB Boost a pump. Sell me your GT500 pump to go with the Saleen SC I bought from your brother.

Why run your fuel system (KB BAP) near peak capacity? I say got with engine safety overkill and put the GT500 pump in.

From everything that I have read. I would be inclined to sell the KB BAP. Safety first in my opinion. PS - where is the thread selling the non IC black Whipple + BAP...
