Tuner differences?

Tuner differences?
Brenspeed.com offers the C&L Racer CAI w/ SCT X3 Tuner for 599$, and cnlperformance.com offers the same intake but with a CL7140 Diablosport tuner for 619$. What is a difference between the tuners, if any?
