5 1/2 month wait---OVER!
I ordered mine on February 7th.
I've been reading posts about everyone's wait for the better part of the last five months. I gave up last week when I read about the manufacturing runs finishing up for 2005 models. I made my routine call to my car dealer for delivery information knowing this would probably be my last call. He floored me with the news they had just received the invoice and VIN number. The car arrived late the next day and I picked it up the following afternoon, July 15th.
My granddaughter can't understand why I have this grin plastered on my face.

Congrats dude....I picked mine up on the July 15th after a 2 day shy of 8 months from order and Wldstng05 picked his up on the 15th also. Looks like there are alot of happy people on the 15th. It must be a lucky day. Should have played the lotto! That color looks the best on the coupe. I seen a vert in that same color in Dearborn when I went to the Roughe factory and did nothing to me. It looked like the owner of that one didn't wash his for a month and it was sitting at one of the Ford engineering building parking lots.

Congrats Pezzer! I toyed with getting Windveil myself but just couldn't pass on the Redfire.
Heck, in person I like all the colors and wouldn't pass on any of them. However, if I got White - I'd have
to have the red stripes.
Enjoy her... if you are like me you were speechless. I've put over 100 miles on mine already. It's just too hot to
just sit in it, so I gotta drive.

I'm happy for you, Pezzer. I don't have the patience you do. I ordered my GT on Feb. 26 and couldn't wait it out. Glad I got the V6, though.
