How do I remove this.

I'll shoot the pr#ck that put Government stickers on the body work!
Even on the windshield, I'd remove it and keep it in the glove box.
If a cop wants to be a d#ck about it, I'd tell him that I had the glass replaced and that the sticker doesn't stick too good anymore, lol.
Done that before...
Anyway, if it's on glass, a razor blade will take care of that pronto.
If on the body, pull slowly with your nail and if that fails, use a heat gun or the g/f hair dryer and keep using your nail.
Goo gone or equivalent, will get rid of residue.

Avoid the razor blade idea and the goof-off.
Unless the razor blade is the plastic variety, it WILL scratch the glass.
And goof-off/goo-gone is not for painted surfaces. Read the label, guys before
recommending products.
3M emblem and trim adhesive remover is safe for clearcoated surfaces.
Where is this 'sticker' affixed?

I used all sorts of goof off on the paint when I removed my stripes and the paint is just fine, not saying some stuff out there is not harmfull. I do agree with reading the label on that
But scratching the glass with the blade ?? seriously ?? who does that ??
if someone is that clumsy, they should not handle a blade in the first place. lol I've used blades on my windshiled plenty of times and I have not noticed even a faint trace of a scratch. not even a very fine one.
Do use heat, it gets the adhesive to peel off sometimes with a clean result

the dingleberries at the bodyshop used a razor blade (?dull or rusty?)
to removed the green overspray from my Redfire mustangs glass....
I would have rather had the overspray instead of
the highly distracting scratches....
And all razor blades are not created equal.
Some are pure crap when inspected under
a low power microscope....
