Default HELP with possible problem?!?

I only have 34K on my car and my factory warranty just ran out last month on my 06 GT (Of Course it did). I've noticed something occasionally when driving early in the morning to work when it's been cold outside. When I'm on the highway crusing at 70 MPH, the car will surge a little. It feels almost like it does when you leave the car in a gear at a high RPM and step on the gas (like a jerking forward feeling). The car is an automatic and I don't have the O/D off or anything, just cruising at 70 MPH on the highway. It doesn't do it every morning and stops doing it once it warms up, and if I speed up a little it stops. First I thought it may be downshifting for some reason or getting confused about what gear it should be in?!? But now that the warranty is up, and it's getting colder overnight, it seems to be happening more frequently. I do have a 93 octane hard shift tune on the car (Diablosport predator canned tune), but it has been on the car for nearly 2 years now without any other issues. Any ideas would be appreciated?!?

TIA

Your torque convertor may be unlocking and locking back up.......Put it in cruise control... to take your foot out of the equaision and see if it does it.. could be your throttle has gotten a little over sensitive... Reload your tune......?
