Vandal's slashed my top. Need help please...
So, as the title states, someone slashed my convertible top in two places. 2006 GT. One through just the vinyl, the other through the vinyl and the headliner. Has anyone dealt with this before that can give me some advice?
Specifically...
A. Where can I purchase a new top?
B. Those who have replaced their tops, how much can I expect to pay in labor?
C. Anything else that I can do other than replacement?
D. Why are people so lame...
I appreciate any comments and help that anyone can provide...

Your insurance should cover it or maybe even your home owner's insurance as well.
We had a small ski boat that someone took the Yamaha inboard motor out. Insurance as well as home owner's insurance bought us a better motor and $ in our pocket.

A: They're jealous because we own the best effing cars on the planet and they don't!
Sorry to hear that some tool(s) decided to take that jealousy out on your car--that sucks!!
And do contact your insurance company cuz that will be hella expensive to fix/replace on your own. File a police report and take pics of the damage, too.

It happened in my driveway where unfortunately there are no cameras of any kind. I did file a "police report" which is essentially a cop coming out and seeing if you are lying or not and then giving you a number because obviously the guy will never be found.
Has no one ever had to replace their top? I honestly have no idea where to even go? A dealership (*gasp)? An upholstery shop?
