I'm gonna put a cam on my 09 stang gt wat is the best one out there, best hp don't matter price..I also want to know if it will screw my smog if I do change my stock cam(I live in california) please let me know wat is a good set up for my gt

The most HP will come from Comp Cams SPR stage 2 (or 3 if you have ported heads).
But, from what I've heard from others in California aftermarket cams are not legal. So it might be hard to pass emissions with them in that state, especially if the idle is rough like it will be for any max power cam.
Your best bet is a blower. Emissions legal and will put down mad power.
