Default Removing 3M taped stuff?

Alright, so this pass week I was able to install my SSE Louvers (Love em!) and my dad's new 3M aesthetic hood pins (Don't have pics), and my SHR Honeycomb blackout is on the way here. I was wondering if ever removing these things would be an issue, if I wanted to go a different way with the car at some point. Thanks.

She needs a bath, I know. (and an eibach pro kit and saleen 18x10s. )

I believe 3M makes an ahesive remover. You could use Goo-Gone as well. Shoot Pascal a PM, he can point you in the right direction.

No problem, all of these can easily be removed. For the SHR blackout panel, saturate the surrounding trim with WD40 or G00-Gone. I let mine set overnight and removed it with minimal effort. Same goes for the window louvers and fake hood-pins.

On a related note, how good are mods using 3M adhesive? Do they last reasonably long or fall off after 2 weeks?

Just go get the eraser 3m makes. It goes on a drill or air grinder. Looks like this:

http://www.amazon.com/3M-Stripe-Whee...2153627&sr=8-1

by far the safest and fastest way.

F*** 3M.
The one made by Astro is less than half that price, same results.
Available at any body shop supplier...
